Tantra is a meditation experience.

There is joy in sex and there is frustration in sex. Because the moment of orgasm is very small.

Tantra says :That moment can become very deep and remain for hours.

That moment, once you master this art can surround you always. Tantra does not choose between the fascination and the frustration, it transforms, expands then transcends time. Tantra primarily is a meditation experience.

Slow, Deep Breathing triggers the bodies natural endorphins to flood the body. It helps focus the mind with the simple (mantra) sound of exhaling, clearing the distracting day to day thoughts, fears and distractions of daily life.

Tantra Meditation enhances the bodies natural Relaxation Response and generally increases ones health. In Tantra this is well known simply as a Meditative state.

The quieting of the mind, removing all thought, memories, worries etc. and just enjoying the pure bliss & joyful feelings of the Tantric massage.

In most Tantric teachings, orgasm is actually 'not' the final goal But rather, very long periods of heightened sensual awareness, relaxation, breathing, and specifically clearing of the mind.

However most women do enjoy an hour or two of continued multiple orgasms during a sensual massage. With practise the male can also become multi-orgasmic, like his female partner, without ejaculations. Tantra teach us the path to this discipline - learning how to experience full-body, non-ejaculatory orgasms by surrendering control and increasing his intimacy with his partner(s). These can last several minutes long, as there is no 'climax' point.

Rather the pleasant sensations just before climax is expanded, multiplied and prolonged. It is much more an entire body orgasm Of ever longer periods whole body vibrating, small convulsions (frissons) type of orgasms.
